The rooms were stylish and well-designed, and the friendly restaurant staff provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore the area. the breakfast at the nearby bakery was quite enjoyable.
The pictures on the website were misleading and did not accurately represent the hotel's facilities, particularly the rooftop lounge. The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was far from the city center and situated in a seedy area.

Everybody was really friendly. Best hotel experience. A view of the street from our window. The free WiFi was comfortable for working...
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

The staff is very harmful and helpfully, very nice stay in this hotel. The location is not far from the atractive place. The room is very nice but so noisy, maybe the hotel is in near a street... But okay. For all... I give one thumb !
Little bite noisy

Delicious food. Nice, polite and useful staffs.
Guess room's photos are not fair, actually our room is very small and even no windows. Kindly remind if you wanna use wifi in your room, you have to ask receptionist a code first, or you cannot contact.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is situated near Street 172 and the quay, making it easy to access various attractions. There are also several restaurants nearby, including a Korean restaurant. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beds that provide a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that the rooms are clean and well-maintained. the hotel offers a decent breakfast, with options like eggs and bread.
Despite these positive aspects, there is a negative aspect related to the hotel's lack of information about the opening hours of nearby attractions. This resulted in wasted time who were unable to visit the Royal Palace due to its closure during a particular time period.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was clean and well=kept.
The two negatives would be the location and the limited breakfast selection. The hotel was not as close to the heart of the city as I thought and the surrounding area left little to be desired. Breakfast included to same simple choice everyday, although the restaurant was willing to modify the meal for me since I did not eat anything on the menu. I was hoping to tour the city on foot but because the location was not the best and I was constantly being bombarded by men asking if I wanted to use a tuk tuk, I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay, with the exception of a paid tour by taxi which was nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries and towels. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the rooftop restaurant with a pleasant dining experience with a great waiter. The staff, although they didn't speak much English, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was also ideal, as it was a short tuk-tuk ride away from all the beautiful attractions that this city has to offer.
Nothing to complain about at all.
